National Warranty

Work carried out on your vehicle at any autosafe garage is covered under the autosafe Nationwide Parts Warranty for either 12,000 miles or 12 months (whichever is the earlier). The warranty card issued with your invoice is your validation of the autosafe scheme

In the unlikely event that a part should fail within its warranty period due to incorrect fitment or the part itself being faulty, the vehicle will be repaired
- your statutory rights are not affected

Should you be unable to return to the garage where the work was originally carried out, another autosafe garage, participating in the scheme, will be pleased to carry out the repair

National Call Centre

The autosafe Call Centre is your single point of contact wherever in the UK you are based. Our operators can put you in touch with local independent autosafe garages throughout the UK.

The call cantre also provides the links between our members all of whom will carry out warranty repairs on work previously carried-out be other autosafe members. So if you're on holiday in Wales, or working in Woking, we'll put you in touch with a local autosafe garage that'll deal with any problems you encounter.
